At the same time, high-quality products do not release harmful gases such as formaldehyde, pass relevant environmental protection tests, and can be recycled and reused to reduce resource waste, in line with the development trend of green environmental protection. Its fire performance is also relatively prominent. Most products have flame-retardant characteristics, are not easy to burn continuously, have low smoke density and toxicity, and are safer to use.

According to the differences in processing technology and performance, PVC foam board is mainly divided into three categories, suitable for different scenario needs. PVC foam board has a wide range of application scenarios and strong practicality. In the construction field, it can be used for wall insulation, ceiling decoration, bathroom and kitchen partitions, building formwork, etc. It can not only play the role of thermal insulation and sound insulation, but also solve the problems of poor waterproofness and easy damage of traditional boards. In industry, it can be used as anti-corrosion lining for chemical equipment and packaging materials for electronic products, using its corrosion resistance and good insulation to protect equipment and products from damage; in the automotive and rail transit fields, it can be used for interior panels and sound insulation and heat insulation layers to achieve the dual effects of weight reduction and noise reduction; in addition, it can also be used for furniture production, such as cabinets, bathroom cabinets, partitions, etc., replacing wood to avoid moth-eaten, deformation and other problems, and no painting treatment is required, which is more environmentally friendly and convenient.

Compared with traditional boards, PVC foam board also has the advantages of convenient construction and low maintenance cost. It can be processed by sawing, drilling, nailing, gluing and other methods, no special equipment is required, and ordinary construction tools can complete the installation. It can also be thermoformed and spliced to adapt to complex shape needs. Daily maintenance only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth, no strong acid or alkali cleaners are needed, and the long-term use cost is much lower than that of traditional materials such as ceramic tiles and wood.
