Description
Commercial Vinyl Sheet Flooring is a 2X20m heterogeneous vinyl flooring sheet, packed in the form of coil. This is ideal for large place installation such as shopping mall, supermarket, dinning hall, office, school, hospital, etc. It’s a good choice of commercial flooring contract, because it presents decent look in relatively low cost. Also the installtion is fast and low-labour-cost; placing one sheet can finish 40sqms, much more efficient than tiles and planks. Besides, the flooring is fully resistant to impact damage and wearing from casters of beds, trolleys, suitcases.

Production Process
RAW MATERIAL
– Collect raw materials such as wood logs, sawmill residues, and recycled wood.
– Remove impurities (e.g., metal, stones) and debark the logs.
– Cut the materials into small chips (2-5cm in length) using chippers.

– Sand both surfaces of the boards using multi-head sanding machines.
– Achieve smoothness and precise thickness (typically 3-30mm).
