PU Stone Panel is a new type of lightweight, easy-installation faux stone panel, with the ability to be fireproof and waterproof. It starts from the form of a traditional stone veneer pattern. Later, due to the diversity of business needs and usage scenarios, it was developed and promoted to a new style, called ‘Mushroom Stone’.
It is super easy installation and lightweight features allow you to update your home decor at a low cost, much easier than using traditional real stone veneers, and it provides a more realistic appearance that is superior to some other plastic types of artificial stone. Compared to other plastic types of faux stone, the realistic appearance also makes it the best choice.

IMPRESSÃO/LAMAÇÃO DE SUPERFÍCIES
Aplicar padrões decorativos através de impressão por rolo ou laminação com películas de PVC para fins estéticos.
ARREFECIMENTO E DIMENSIONAMENTO
Arrefecer os painéis com água para estabilizar as dimensões, garantindo a retidão e a espessura exacta.
CORTE NO COMPRIMENTO
Cortar os painéis contínuos em comprimentos específicos (por exemplo, 2440 mm) com serras de precisão.
EMBALAGEM
Envolver os painéis com película PE e embalar em paletes para proteger contra riscos e humidade.
CARREGAMENTO E EXPEDIÇÃO
Carregar produtos paletizados em contentores, fixando-os para um transporte seguro.
