生产流程
原料混合
使用高速搅拌机以精确的比例混合聚氯乙烯树脂、稳定剂、填料和添加剂，以确保均匀性。
豪华酒店
在挤压机中将混合材料加热至 180-200°C ，使其变成均匀的熔体。
挤出成型
迫使熔融材料通过模具，形成具有固定截面的连续板坯。
表面印刷/层压
通过辊筒印刷或与 PVC 薄膜层压来装饰图案，以达到美观的效果。
冷却和尺寸
用水冷却面板以稳定尺寸，确保直线度和精确厚度。
定尺
用精密锯将连续面板切割成指定长度（如 2440 毫米）。
包装
用 PE 薄膜包裹面板并用托盘包装，以防划伤和受潮。
装载和运输
将托盘装载的产品装入集装箱，确保运输安全。
