生产流程
原料制备
- 收集原木、锯木厂废料和回收木材等原材料。
- 去除杂质（如金属、石块），并对原木进行去皮。
- 用切片机将材料切成小片（2-5 厘米长）。
纤维生产g
- 将木屑在 160-180°C 的蒸煮器中蒸煮 20-30 分钟，以软化木质素。

打磨

- 实现平滑和精确的厚度（通常为 3-30mm）。
质量检查和包装
- 检查木板是否有缺陷（如裂缝、密度不均、表面瑕疵等）。
- 根据质量标准对合格的电路板进行评级。
- 堆叠和包装电路板，以便储存或装运。
