On June 26, Ding Hongxiang, Director and Deputy Party Secretary of SINOMACH Group, conducted an inspection visit to SUMEC, where he received briefings on the company\u2019s Party building, business performance and the development plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. Members of SUMEC<\/a>\u2019s leadership team, assistant-level executives and heads of relevant functional departments at the headquarters attended the inspection meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yang Yongqing, Party Secretary and Chairman of SUMEC, delivered a briefing on the company\u2019s business operations and development visions for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. He stated that SUMEC has earnestly implemented the decisions and arrangements of SINOMACH Group. Centering on the “Three Major Priorities”, “Three Optimizations” and “Three Core Tasks”, the company has steadily advanced business growth, model upgrading, market expansion and industrial & supply chain development. It has built a learning, empowering and trust-based organization, with high-quality Party building guiding and underpinning sound development. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan Period, SUMEC will better serve national strategies, integrate into the overall development layout of the Group, sharpen its core functions and competitiveness, and strive to make greater contributions to the high-quality development of SINOMACH Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After listening to the reports, Ding Hongxiang commended SUMEC\u2019s achievements in business development and its developmental thinking for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period. He remarked that SUMEC boasts a solid development foundation, systematic strategic planning and clear operational logic. Its practical explorations revolving around the “Three Major Priorities”, “Three Optimizations” and “Three Core Tasks” have laid a firm groundwork for the enterprise\u2019s high-quality growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ding Hongxiang put forward three requirements for SUMEC<\/a>\u2019s follow-up work. First, the company shall resolutely push forward the “Three Major Priorities” to boost development resilience and initiative. It shall deepen regional layout, resource development and customer development tailored to the characteristics of global markets and client demands, consolidate existing strengths and foster new growth drivers. Second, it shall keep advancing the “Three Optimizations” to elevate cooperation standards and development quality. SUMEC shall continuously optimize its business, market and customer mix, maintain partnerships with leading enterprises, mainstream clients and industrial elites, upgrade its capabilities by serving high-standard clients and engaging in high-level competition, and better tell SUMEC\u2019s stories to the world. Third, the headquarters shall give fuller play to its empowering and platform-supporting functions, further strengthening the capacity to serve national strategies and forge core competitiveness. The company shall advance in-depth integration of Party building with business development and organizational construction. It shall fully leverage its role as a key platform supporting Chinese equipment, brands and enterprises to go global, as well as an important platform for boosting local economies, connecting government resources and carrying out strategic cooperation, so as to achieve higher-quality development at the new starting point of the 15th Five-Year Plan Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
